RK 3288 + UVC device (webcam/uvc capture card)

hello, I wanted to know if the RK boards see a UVC device (some webcams and capture cards) as a camera device in Android, allowing me to use camera2 API to display the video

I'm Planning to create a 4K setup with a 4K UVC capture card output to a USB 3.0.

connected to to USB 3 , then develop camera2 applications for it.

You think the RK 3399 is a good option for me?

I have the RK 32888 Reload now, but it comes with USB 2.0

Oh, We have no 4K UVC , so we don't know whether it work smoothly.
