I've seen a video that the 3288 board shows multi encoding decoding in the same time in youtube

the dual cameras were usb cameras.

Im trying to attach 2 mipi cameras (especially, two ov5640 via mipi-CSI2) for multi encoding.

is it possible on the rk3288 board?

rk3288 doesn't support 2 mipi cameras.  The video you see in youtobe is usb camera.
