Problem description and steps to reproduce:
We have all been there. You are at a nice restaurant, the atmosphere is lovely, the wine is pouring, and then the bread basket arrives. It is... sad. Cold, pale, flavorless rolls that look like they were made in a laboratory by people who hate joy. This is what I call the "Bread of Shame." It sits there, judging you, daring you to waste your appetite on it. Novak’s Bakery believes that life is too short for sad bread, and frankly, your business is too important to serve it.
On the flip side, we have the "Loaf of Glory." This is the bread that makes you want to write poetry. It arrives warm, smelling like a hug from your grandmother (if your grandmother was a master French baker). This is what happens when you source from a real Artisan Bakery in Galway. You get bread that has character. It has a crust that fights back a little bit. It has an interior that is soft and chewy and full of those glorious, uneven holes that prove it wasn't made by a robot.
