Set display index to 'Small' with default density as 180

I want to make default display index to 'Small' instead of "Default"(check 'Settings/Display/Display size') and my density should be 180 at "Small" display index.
I have tried to set "ro.sf.lcd_density = 180" in system.prop but it sets only density but I want to move my display index to 'Small'(Settings/Display/Display size.....set this to Small) as well.
