Google play service error

Hi,
I have successfully ported Android 8.1 in development board (Core 3399pro JD4).
If I open custom android app, it is showing as google play services error.
I tried installing Gapps package but the error still persist.

Hi,
In recovery mode, adb sideload is not working . Even it's not detecting adb devices.
Kindly let me know how to fix this problem.
