Android touch panel

Hello,

I want to build a custom android touch panel with serial interface.
The display needs to be a 7in 1024x600 with capacitive touch. It should not be hdmi.What are the best/cheap parts that I need?
I was thinking of using the core rk3138 board and wifi.

Any suggestions?
