Linux WiFi read errors

Hi,

Has anyone seen any read errors from wifi chips like the following. Happens at different addresses and different sizes.
kernel: RTW: ERROR _sd_read: FAIL(-5)! ADDR=0xe002 Size=1536

We are using RTL8723DS wifi chip and Core-3308 SOM on a custom hardware and we are seeing these errors. I am trying to figure out if this is a hardware or driver issue.

Cheers,
