Google Services for AIO 3399C Android 10 AOSP

I am working on text to speech and speech to text for my application. So, I would need google services for my application.
But I have found that AIO 3399C AOSP does not have google services. Is there any way I can add google services in the Android 10 AOSP??

Is there GApps which can be built with the Android 10 AOSP?
