I can't add roms or get a controller to work

I installed system OS on my ROC-RK3328-CC. How do I add more ROMS to the system? I plugged in my usb flashdrive, and can see the new roms I want to add, but can't figure out how to add the roms so emulation station sees them and I can play them. Also, my controller works to navigate, but I cannot use my controller to play any installed games. I tried to go to controller configure, and try to add the up, down, left, right, start, select buttons, but I get a 4 second countdown and even though I push up, down, etc. the controls don't change. HELP!

Sounds frustrating! Have you tried checking the file paths for your ROMs? Sometimes, it helps to ensure they’re in the correct directory so that Emulation Station can recognize them. As for the controller, maybe it's like the rice purity test - you need to get all the right inputs to unlock the fun! Good luck!

Nice job getting the OS on your ROC-RK3328-CC—definitely a higher score in tech skills than on the rice purity test. For ROMs, drop them into the correct folder and restart EmulationStation. For the controller, try another USB port or reboot before reconfiguring. You’re almost there!
