My Outlook application started freezing frequently, especially when it tried to synchronize folders, and soon the error 800ccc0e-0-0-560 appeared repeatedly. Even basic tasks like opening folders or searching emails became slow, making Outlook almost unusable. I followed multiple online guides, recreated the email profile, and verified account credentials, but none of these solutions worked permanently. It became clear that manually trying to fix Outlook error 800ccc0e-0-0-560 was not enough because the Outlook data file itself had issues. I then used the SysInfo PST Recovery Tool, which automatically locates PST files on the system and performs a thorough scan for corruption. The auto-search option was extremely helpful since I wasn’t sure where Outlook stored the data file. The tool successfully recovered emails, contacts, and calendar items while preserving original metadata, and Outlook performance improved noticeably after recovery.
