Latest VPU, Media framework files?

It is required for smooth playback of videos and to fix video playback problems.

It consists of files under this folder - vendor/rockchip/common/vpu/lib/arm
Some of the OMX files under that folder are old and not the newest.

It will help a lot if the latest files can be released.

Eg. the 1st version of files here are those in FireflyNow SDK
strings librk_vpuapi.so | grep author
author:  zyh time: Tues, 7 June 2016 14:15:06 +0800 version: 3079, on android-5.1.1_r4-106-g806ec95. - Version 3079 currently in SDK older than version released a month before below.
(csy time: Mon, 16 May 2016 15:27:28 +0800 version: 3141) - Version 3141 of file already newer and released in May 2016 for RK3288 tv box firmware.

author:  zyh time: Wed, 25 May 2016 12:58:46 +0800 version: 646 + add profile level set for encode
(csy time: Thu, 21 Apr 2016 18:42:59 +0800 version: 664) - Already version 664 released a month before current one in SDK used in RK3288 tv box firmware.
(csy time: Wed, 24 Aug 2016 17:17:56 +0800 version: 679) - Already version 679 in Mashmallow RK3288 tablet firmware.

strings libomxvpu_dec.so | grep author

Can use ths command in a terminal to check file version and commit of last person that updated it.
strings filename | grep author
