how to modify rk3288 u-boot logo?

uboot logo is in the place of  kernel/logo.bmp, and run the cmd before replace the bmp file which you want to use:
convert -compress rle -colors 256 logo.bmp logo_rle8.bmp

note: logo resolution must be even number
