Instructions to run it

1. Connect a micro-sd card with a card reader to your PC.
2. Make sure the micro-sd card is formatted, right click on the drive letter in My Computer and choose format, try Fat32.
3. Download the LibreELEC image and unzip the gz file with 7zip so you are left with a .img file.
4. Use Etcher app(https://etcher.io/) to load the image and flash it to the micro-sd card.
5. When it completes, insert the micro-sd card into ROC CC that is turned off.
6. When turning it on, it will boot to LibreELEC.

- Supports deinterlacing for h264, mpeg2
- HDR Support

After installing Netflix or Amazon Prime Video, install InputStream addon from the LibreELEC repo.
In the InputStream addon's settings change max decoder and secure decoder resolution to 720p.
Then you will be able to watch smooth HD video for these streaming services.

Changelog:
- Dirtyregions 1 for a little lower CPU usage
- Unknown sources for addons enabled by default
- Expert mode settings enabled by default
- Send noise audio setting disabled
- Improved GUI speed
- PVR addons added, just enable the one you need
- Fast channel switching for SD, HD 25/50hz
- Add a setting to adjust the refresh-rate/resolution only on playback start (useful if you don't want the tv/monitor's resolution to change every time video playback stops, only when it starts)
- Changed CPU governor to Interactive(best performance for tv boxes, boards and other devices with a power supply, reduces freezes since the CPU doesn't have to run full-speed as with an on-demand governor)
- Initialize color_primaries to AVCOL_PRI_UNSPECIFIED (helps with software decoding in InputStream)
- Check for UNPACK_ROW_LENGTH support on renderer instantiation, not on every LoadPlane call (helps with subtitle performance)
- OverlayRendererGL: add support for BGRA extensions for GLES
- Fix corrupt packets in transit causing segfaults, freezes or video corruption with Live H264 streams in TVHeadend
- Increase analyze duration to fix playback of DVB-T2 streams with aac_lapm audio streams
- Improve German keyboard layout

@mo123_dev      Great job! Thanks for sharing your master piece.

Netflix, Amazon Prime Video 720p HD and TVHeadend DVB addons to watch live tv works very well in my LibreELEC. Some users report my LibreELEC is the only one that can work for several days continuously running, without crashing.

I'm also working on Android Oreo firmware for ROC CC.
But I need /hardware/rockchip/omx-il folder from RK3328/RK3399 Pie SDK to fix HDR video playback in Kodi 18. RK said they only updated it in Pie and Oreo code is too old to support HDR, but Pie code can be used for Oreo too.
Ideal would be to make Pie firmware then all my changes can be easily added to custom firmware. Oreo was a bit unstable and Pie is much improved and have support for Magisk systemless root and TWRP Custom Recovery.
