Android TV?

Hi, I'm looking for instructions for how to compile Android TV 8.1 or newer for the ROC-RK3399PC.  The instructions are great that I saw for how to compile Android, but I am not sure what the steps are to do this for Android TV.
Where do I get the source?
What specific tools, SDKs are required?
Any other steps or inputs needed to be able to compile Android TV for the RK3399?

Once compiled, are there any additional steps to ensure that the HD DRM platform is working or any of the other TV specific functions and features?

Thanks!  I am eager to use this as my set top box!
