【Linux】 Trouble with first boot of RK3328-CC

I have had my ROC-RK3328-CC for over a year before I decided to use it. I would like to run Frigate NVR on this SBC and that requires  a Debian Linux version. I flashed the SD card and started the board up with a monitor and keyboard attached. When the boot is finished it is looking for login info. No log in and password I have used works. If I try to connect via SSH the connection is denied. How do I make this work?

Using Docker can simplify the installation of Frigate NVR. If you prefer this method, install Docker with the following commands: sudo apt install apt-transport-https ca-certificates curl software-properties-common papa's pizzeria.
