open source mainline image

Hello,

I've developed the following images for firefly-rk3288

a) coreboot -> linux -> OS
b) uboot -> linuxboot -> OS

The following linux OS are being tested:

* ubuntu 18.04.3 (Bionic Beaver)
* debian 10 (buster)
* arch
* gentoo

Supported features:

* full video acceleration
* Wayland display server.

Because there is a high chance of brick, it is not ready for public release. If you are familiar with MASKROM mode and flashrom tools, then you are welcome to test and report issues.

We'd like to hear all the detail. What is the boot time comparing to traditional u-boot -> Linux kernel way?

Hi, I am also interested, got mainline uboot + kernel to boot, but I am having issues with wifi being recognized.
