How to get camera stream

I flashed my face x2 with linux img from google drive in download page using linux tool 1.34.
After installation, I installed opencv 3.2 via apt-get.
But when I run the Test-Camera application, I got:
Unable to stop the stream
/dev/video0 open fail
What can I do to tackle this problem?
