U-boot compile does not work

Good morning.
I am following the tutorial at this webpage https://roc-rk3328-cc.readthedoc ... ml#compiling-u-boot
in order to compule uboot.
Unfortunatly it doesn't work (build folder is missing in FireFlyTeam gitHub repository).
Can anyone help me?
