Structural difference of 4GB and 8GB LPDDR4x

I checked DRAM datashets.
The DRAM structure of ROC-RK3588S-PC with 4GB LPDDR4x version is like as below.


And, the 8GB LPDDR4x version is like as below.



The structural difference was whether it was a 1-rank(1CS) product or a 2-rank(2CS) product.
Is it right ?

I think if the rank structure of LPDDR4x changes like this then it need to modify the uboot codes.But I don't know where can I find the modify points.
Please teach me.
