How can I upgrade the board to Debian 10

The link Firefly | 让科技更简单，让生活更智能 (t-firefly.com) shows the step to use Debian 10 system on 1126. It also tells the link - https://wiki.t-firefly.com/zh_CN/CORE-1126-JD4/Debian10.html to upgrade the board to Debian 10. However, the instructions not there. Just how to use Debian. I want to have instruction how to upgrade the board to Debian.
