How can I check and change the LPDDR clock speed ?

I replaced my ROC-RK3588S-PC SBC to ubuntu firmware which you provided.

I'd like to check the LPDDR4x clock speed during operation.
But it seems the 'dmidecode' command cannot use at the embedded linux.
How can I check the LPDDR clock speed ?
And what's the LPDDR4x clock speed of ROC-RK3588S-PC SBC set in ubuntu ?
