Android 7.1.2 Hotspot with GPS (Network Location Provider)

Hi All,

Configuration:
Firefly-RK3399_Android7.1.2.img+4G+GPS module.

The microG project is flashed in it, and I can use Network Location Provider now, but when I turn on Hotspot, the Network Location Provider automatically disable. What can I do to use Hotspot with GPS Network Location Provider at the same time? Why do mobile phone can do that?
