Issues report - need solution

We have a problem with Firefly RK3288 Plus boards and it is that when we connect alternative power supplies to them, then HEDER_A and HEDER_B cease to work, namely position sensors MPU6050. Sometimes it turns out to start them again after the reinstallation of the android, but now it does not work.
