USB Setting unchecked after reboot

In RK3288 Android 4.4.2 platform, when I enable the checkbox of USB Setting in Andorid Setting option, after rebooting it will be disable.

It looks like it unchecked my USB enable setting, does someone know how to modify the source code and solve this problem?
