Display abnormal after IDE tool executed

Hi there,
I met problem on RK3328 JD4 board with Ubuntu 18.04 image. The Ubuntu 18.04 image was download from website, and its file name is AIO-RK3328-JD4-UBUNTU18.04-GPT-20200630-1126.img
I installed few IDE tools to prepare which is the better one for coding. I have tried Code::Blocks IDE, CodeLite, Eclipse and Geany. However, I met their display content missing or data not updated after I executed one of them. The issue is only happened the tool executed but other application. It seems there is compatibility issue with IDE tools. Does anyone meet the same issue?
