Latest Google Security Patches?

Is it perhaps possible to merge the latest Google security patches into Firefly Bitbucket code?
The last security patch is from Feb/March 2016 I think and it is already December 2016.
Lots of new Android vulnerabilities and malware were discovered and created in the meantime that aren't patched.

But you can do it by yourself witch the help of this apk :
