AIO-3399J Android from get HDMI Video use in android app

I had purchase AIO-3399J board and flash android on board.
I want to capture video using HDMI and display in my android app.
Please give me provide API or Library if any.

Function HDMIIn using mipi-csi , just use CameraAPI for captrue video.
