Buildroot not generate .img file

I try to build buildroot image for rockchip rk3588s using this manual, but after build a haven't got .img file, that i flash to board. What could be the error? I use defconfigs, and I didn't change anything. After build i got only ext2/ext4 files and some rootsf.tar files. May be i need to unite it?

Please use this command to view:
ls -l path-to-sdk/rockdev

It works, if i want to build using this guide and i can genereate Linux from ready files. But i using this guide, because i need deep customization buildroot
