【Linux】 How to read ISP registers of RK3399 in ubuntu?

I can read GPIO and many other registers.
But how can I read mipi status register 0xff911c04 or 0xff921c04 in ubuntu?
While I send "io 0xff911c04" through spi port,it halted.And I have to reset it.
