Hanging issue

Hello comunity your help is appreciated , im trying to add some apps to the firfly prime that comes with android and linux but when i open google chrom is just hangs and i need to remove the power and turn it agian , and also if i conenct my external hardisk it also wont turn up or boot . it will boot and shutdown once i plug in the hard disk
