I ended up exploring outpatient care for depression after a really rough winter where work stress, personal issues, and sleep problems all piled up. One thing I’ve noticed in life is that progress rarely happens in a straight line. There’s always some risk in trying new approaches, and that can be scary, especially when emotions are involved.
