Title: No SIM card detected
Hi there,

We just got the new AIO-3288 card (We ordered with the 4G Modem card offered online, which BTW: You people should be aware that this card doesn't work on the USA (Tried with T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint and Verizon). Therefore we had to replace it with a SIERRA WIRELESS module MC7455 LTE 4G.

We got a SIM card from T-Mobile and inserted with the contacts facing the PCB side. Then we loaded the latest firmware that supposed to enable the 4G modem. from: http://www.t-firefly.com/share/i ... fa3e2e47ad5d51.html as instructed on http://en.t-firefly.com/doc/product/info/id/483.html

Then reset the board and it looks like the SIM card is not detected by Android OS (Main screen, top drag menu, SIM card showed as not detected)

What else do we need to make the 4G modem work? Is the firmware ready?

Be attention to the module of the sim card printing direction
Maybe you insert the wrong direction.

Yes! The cut corner of the sim card must be outside! (counterintuitive)

Now my issue is that the modem EC20 modem works only on China networks. I got a new module and didn't work. I guess I need to add this module somewhere on the kernel/android code?

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Does the new module have no porting documents?
