Test with other usb in pc. In the box you are in blue usb ? Right.
you can test with rockchip batch ...
After flashing from rockchip batch tool 1.8, the board will first display firefly image then its gets in to android erasing screen, after that again its stuck at firefly logo, Author: Zuy Time: 5/28/2020 14:35
Industrial version of Android 7.1 has to be flashed using tools from Industrial Android SDK.
I use Linux_Upgrade_Tool_v1.43.zip in Linux and only this version worked for me.
