Hi Penduin, Can you tell me how to contact the good service, there is a lot of email and I do not know which to contact. You can also tell me to what exact address to return my motherboard? When I received the RK3399 there was in the box the plexiglass box and 2 antennas. I also have to return the box and antennas or just the rk3399 alone? Thank you.

Hello,

I sent my Rk3399 back to China at the address of zhongshan.
If I believe the parcel tracking post it arrived in China today.
I wonder how you will repair my card if it is the memory emmc which is dead, to desolder this emmc then to weld a new one must be an extremely difficult work.
Do you have any specialist to do this very thorough job or will you give me a new card?
When I see the number of connects to set for the memory emmc, it's very scary, I even have trouble for the specialist who must do this job, unless you have a robot that does that.

Don't worry about that.  We've got the real pro to do this kind of job.

We just check that the parcel has not been delivered to the company yet.
And we're going to have the Spring Festival holiday from 29 Jan to 12 Feb.
Hope it'll arrive in time.
