Boot from SD on 3399?

Is it possible to boot from SD card to get the install process going? I'm having trouble flashing the emmc and hoping to bypass that process and use a process I'm a little more familiar with.

Thanks,

Scott

Yes,it is possible.
we will release a firmware later.

Do you have a time frame when this will be released? We have an OS on microSD that would be great to run on the Firefly.

I download Firefly-rk3399_xubuntu1604_SD_201705151725.7z and write to a sd card using window imagewriter.
However, I am not able to boot from sd. Booting after power reset is still from an internal flash memory
