Download boot fail when trying to upgrade firmware

I have an Xubuntu image from the Google Drive page, and go to Upgrade Firmware in AndroidTool v2.38. When I press upgrade I get "Download Boot Start" and then "Download Boot Fail". I run it in MASKROM mode, as the eMMC is empty. |
