Same problem here.
3DMark v1.6.3428
Ice Storm Unlimited 13675
Graphics score: 14245
Physics score: 11996
Graphics test 1: 93.6 FPS
Graphics test 2: 46.3 FPS
Physics test: 38.1 FPS
Running on Android 7.1.1 (MP_170829) and using OpenGL ES 2.0
It kind of sucks since this test is devised for "low end smartphones" and I chose the Firefly RK-3399 for its power to develop RV applications. I would have expected it to beat the top scores, given the hardware.
