Default ubuntu support hdmi but LVDS .
just use rk3399-firefly-aio-lvds.dts to take a sample to complie the kernel according to your lvds datasheet.

but which port do I plug the LVDS cable? to MIPI port?

AIO-3399J got a lvds port. Firefly-rk3399 do not have it.
