this  from RK suggest. the below they had tried.
Marvell wifi 8897
ASmedia PCIEtoSAS ASM1061
Realtek Ethernet 8996

some developer have tried the D720201 , a PCIe to 2 usb3.0.
it work fine under the newest ubuntu firmware AIO-3399J_xubuntu1604_20170119.7z

Which M2 connector cord was used along with the D720201 to connect to firefly rk3399?

He used the M.2 m-key interface of D720201 on the AIO-3399J . export to 2 usb3.0 port.
