I have a problem with connecting AIO-3399J to Host PC.

I refered a guide from this link. http://en.t-firefly.com/doc/prod ... ll20RK20USB20Driver

and followed both method for AIO-3399J MainBoard & AIO-3399J but not working (Not able to find the device from Device manager)

Tried Uninstall & Re-install the driver many times but the same.

What can I try in this situation? Did anyone go through the same problem and solve it?

Thanks for reply. But USB3.0 AIO-3399J OTG port didn't work also.

Below is the step I tried:
1. Cut off the power sources, such as power adapter and dual male usb3.0 data cable connection
2.Keep dual male usb3.0 data cable connected with host PC
3.Press and hold RECOVERY key.
4.Connect dual male usb3.0 data cable to the device. (OTG port)
5.After around two seconds, release RECOVERY key.

Can you correct me if I am doing something wrong here?

Thanks for reply. But USB3.0 AIO-3399J OTG port didn't work also.

Below is the step I tried:

If PC do not recognize  the board , just install Install "RK USB Driver" .
1. Keep power on
2 .Keep dual male usb3.0 data cable connected with host PC
3. Press and hold RECOVERY key,  short time press the reset for restart the power.
4. After around two seconds, release RECOVERY key
Then PC will catch the usb device.

1. Keep power on
2 . ...

Thank you Could you help a bit more?

I made sure the driver installed but still can't catch the device.

1. Does the type of cable matter? It seems the blue cable from the inbox package is useless. So I'm using 3.0 dual-male cable.

2. Is RK USB driver compatible with window 10? I'm using windows10.

3. Below are the last logs messages when I followed your instruction. Is that saying my board ready to connect?
persist.sys.media.avsync=true
persist.sys.dalvik.vm.lib.2=libart.so
persist.sys.timezone=
persist.sys.strictmode.visual=false
persist.sys.framebuffer.main=1920x1080
ro.ril.ecclist=112,911
ril.function.dataonly=1
sys.usb.config=adb
sys.usb.configfs=1

Supported API: 3
I:Saving locale "en_US"
[    5.236418] fs_mgr: Warning: unknown flag resize
Join led thread error!
[   12.053036] random: nonblocking pool is initialized
[   13.551989] read descriptors
[   13.552069] read descriptors
[   13.552095] read strings

In the end, I see this Android recovery screen somtimes. I want to choose the second (reboot to bootloader). But can't do without Volume Button. Is this screen saying that device is ready to connect update mode?
Thanks for reading!

Might be the win10 problem.
Change another system and try.

Follow the log , it seems it is your cable or connecting problem.
If success , it is impossible go into recovery mode.
