In my experience, if the SCCB_ID is 0x20, the i2c address is SCCB_ID / 2 = 0x10.

SCCB is different from i2c. I do not dwell deep into it.
In case you need, here's the spec I find:

The divided by 2 is from experience. Hope you find the answer in the doc.
