We're sorry to cause you so much trouble. The last time we checked it  worked in Window 7.
With the updated driver in the official cp2403 site, it fails in Window 10.

Please try this old version driver:
CP210x_VCP_Windows.zip (3.5 MB, Down times: 1)

1. Extract the attachment, and run the setup file inside to install the driver.
2. Change the com port's driver.
    a. go to the device manager.
    b. double click the comX port, select Driver tab and click "Update Driver" button.
    c. Select the second item: “Browse my computer for driver software”.
    d. Select the bottom list saying: "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".
    e. Select the driver WITHOUT version 10.x
    f. Check the "Driver Version" to be 6.6.1.0, and "Driver Date" to be "2012-12-10"

The baud rate of 1,500,000 won't be listed in the port setting of the com port either.
But you can manually specify "1500000" in the putty serial connect dialog.

Since the emmc did not respond to voltage select, it is very likely that
the eMMC storage has broken. However, we would like to have a
COMPLETE kernel log (kernel log from the start) with sdcard booting.

Hello @navigatoria , you can contact the sale service for warranty.

The last time I check, it only cost you freight from France to China.
Once the board is received and repaired, it'll send to you, with
the freight covered by us.

Don't worry about that.  We've got the real pro to do this kind of job.

We just check that the parcel has not been delivered to the company yet.
And we're going to have the Spring Festival holiday from 29 Jan to 12 Feb.
Hope it'll arrive in time.
