Core-3399Pro-JD4 - HDMI-2k - not supported?

Hello, I bought the Core-3399Pro-JD4.
Together with the display 800x480 - all is well.
With display 3440x1440 - the edge of the display blinks.
Is this a defect in this sample? Or is this board poorly designed?

Flickering issues may be caused by drivers, inadequate power supply, or poor cable connections. Check your resolution settings and make sure your power supply is strong enough papa louie. If this doesn't work, your board may be faulty or incompatible with your monitor.

Have you fixed it yet? I was playing solar smash and my computer had the same problem as yours. Please help me.
