【Linux】 How to get cpuid?

If I understand correctly, cpuid on rockchip devices is achievable via smth called 'efuses'. Looks like it must be defined in .dtd file for the platform, as it is done for RK3399, but i see no efuses definition in .dtd/.dtdi files for RK35xx family.

Is there any way this can be added?

For rk356x, 'otp' is used instead of 'efuse'.
This command can be used to view cpuid `cat /proc/cpu ...

I'm using armbian and looks like my .dtd file does not contain declarations for otp device. Where can I find official .dtd/.dts file for Station M2?
