Android 11 build fails at one of the final steps

The log file in in the attachment. Can I just exclude that "apex" package from the build?

2. We do not use Fedora to build
3. Use Ubuntu18.04 to build

Thank you very much! The build completes OK in Linux Mint 21.1.
