Problem description and steps to reproduce:

Hello! I have a problem with my ROSC -3588S. The manufacturer says that with its help I can encode video in H.265 using the Rockchip RK MPI libraries. I want to encode a video stream from a CSI camera to the Internet. However, I could not find examples of using this library and documentation on the RK MPI API. Could you send me code samples encoding videos or documentation on the RK MPI API. Maybe someone has already encountered such a problem?
