I am currently using RK3399 with Expansion board and POE image file. But, the Firefly UI doesn't respond to the commands. I have to click on Shutdown atleast 10 times before it activates the command. Has anyone experienced this and is there any solution?

You implied there's an image to use the expansion?  And you're saying that running commands is slow?  If you boot up and then shut down after a full boot is it still slow?

Switch the flash/eMMC and boot up 16.04...persistent?  If so, seems hardware related. Put an ssd in the expansion?  Brand?  What about Wifi/bt e key?  Brand?
