RTC?

just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to add a real time clock to the board as I couldn't find any mention of the firefly having a battery onboard?

Re: RTC?

No RTC battery on board, but have pads reserved.

Please check J14 (RTC_BAT+), J15 (RTC_BAT-) in the position reference file at:

Re: RTC?

Thanks, I must have missed it the first time I checked the board diagrams. I assume I can just solder some wires and connect a normal coin battery?

Re: RTC?

Aussie, busybee posted the interface, as I understand it - you may need to recompile source to turn the ports on...

sounds like an arduino RTC will fit the bill

Re: RTC?

These are pads, not gpio ports. They should be connected to normal coin battery
