Loading without ATF and OP-TEE; primary loader

Hello, I have 2 questions:
1. How to boot using SPL without ATF and Optee? When booting using the u-boot.img (u-boot + fdt) file, the boot is interrupted at the moment when the image_enty function is executed at 0xA00000.
2. How do I get a primary boot loader (boot rom) that runs ddr?
