Hello,

I would like to purchase Firefly-RK3288 Reload so that I can monitor individual power rails (CPU, GPU and if possible RAM) and check the power consumption of my algorithm using external measuring equipment.

Is it easy to monitor power with external power measuring equipment? I need easy access to power rails. I have some soldering knowledge and know people who can mod the system if required. Please let me know.

Thank you for your time.

Hi
yes ,you can monitor these individual power rails.
the CPU and GPU power supply separately.
for instance, monitor the CPU power ,connect your equipment to L26 (the inductor in the following picture).

and the  GPU power is similar.

Thank you very much for the reply isle. How about monitoring the power rail for DDR3 memory (RAM)? Will that be possible too?
